In August,I ordered a custom made dress for a wedding with expedited shipping. This company said that it was delivered to me on September 8, 2016.
When I followed the Tracking trail which starts with a Chinese tracking number from QJT, it ends without clearing U.S. Customs,according to the U.S. Postal Service, which JJs claims to have delivered it. When I pressed the issue with JJs, they finally admitted it was never shipped and that they are still working on resolving the issue.
I now have NO dress and I am waiting for my credit card company to refund over $215.00. Don't order from them. They are just not reputable. Order from an AMERICAN company.
At least you can call them. You cannot call JJ's only Email.
