For one, their prices are outrageous, but I went ahead and spent over $300. I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress.
When it arrived, it was crammed into a tiny box, all crumpled up, and inside out. The dress was clearly cheaply made as was the barrette I ordered. It also did not come with a bag to hang it in, not even a disposable one. I wrote to the company several times to complain.
I also looked them up with the Better Business Bureau and there was nothing but horrible things to say about that company. I wish I'd known before using them. My daughter got a dress from a different company that was half the price. It arrived unharmed and it came with a bag.
It was a quality dress too!
Shaking my head. What a rip-off.

There was very complicated to contact directly to jjhouse then I saw pissedconsumer came up while Im searching, I thought that site I can call because there is the numbers but I was wrong. Jjhouse emailed me, they solve the problem really fast.
Still want to order from jjhouse in the future. They have nice style.

My dress was dropped off at a different address than my address
My dress was dropped off at a different address. It was dropped off at 8173 West Eastman Pl.
unit 19205. I have pictures of it from the company that dropped it off by UNIUNI It shows that it dropped it off at that address. It shows also another address by a picture and it shows the doorway and the a second address it has been sent to also so neither of these are correct.I have received address previously, and it was at the correct address I need to dress delivered for a wedding.

I never got my dress because of the company they use to deliver
I had ordered one dress and it came to me right at the right address then I ordered another one and it never came to me. It was never sent to the right address that has to do with the people that they used to deliver.

Order
I paid for expedited shipping for a dress for my wedding after the first one ordered didnt fit. Despite paying for expedited shipping the dress still hasnt arrived and the wedding is tomorrow. Accessing customer service is horrible and they keep sending me automated messages about using the tracking which is inaccessible because of it being all in Chinese.

Did you read it before ordering? People seem split on whether its a good place to order dresses from.
That is what I said. I wish I had read up on the company before doing business with them.
