Need to order on phone
i ordered in april and pd $44 to get earlier but found out yesterday
my order never went thru my sons wedding is JUNE 7th I have the order redone in my shopping basket but one of previous ordered not available in hunter green now so I picked another one.
I AM ORDERING THREE DRESSES THIS TIME BUT NEED THEM ASAP

How to select expedite shipment when buying online?
I am trying to buy a white communion dress online but how to select the fast shipment option? When I try to buy it defaults to standard shipment but no option for expedite 48 hour shipment? How to select expedite shipment?

I am returning my dress as It did not fit me and style not as expected and in picture. I will ship it tomorrow and would like to get my refund in full including shipping cost which my husband paid by mistake.
We wanted to order the dress as try on basis.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After your contact the company emailed me and I was able to resolve it with them.
I returned items on August 23, 2024 after contacting your company. I received an email the same day confirming that I would receive my refund within 3 - 14 business days.
As of today, October 17, 2024 I have NOT received my refund. I have contacted your company and have never received a response. This seems to be the only other method of contacting you. I returned the items via Canada Post using the label that your company emailed to me.
I now believe that your company scams customers by not refunding them for returned items. This is called stealing!!!

I couldn't find my order. They helped and tracked it down.
It was an error on my part but they fixed the issue quickly. I used their Facebook and online chat. They emailed me and also messaged me directly through Facebook to fix the issue.
I highly recommend connecting with them this way. There is no actual phone number to contact them that I found.
