Missing item. I come to blocks on everything I try to do when following directions on website.

I want a refund period! Phone number recording stating phone number not in service.

No other way to communicate on internet. Email unanswered.

Returns are not processed. The company is a scam.

I have a question for customer service about no of dresses I can try on. Phone number not in service

I scanned the QR code to start a return and you keep saying you sent a code to this email and it never came, Ive checked trash and junk also. You dont send me the code so I can make this return.

I am calling my credit card company so you cant charge me for this dress because you are making it impossible to return under your terms. I even took it to Ukra and they couldnt do it

Trying to return a dress I got two days ago. I do not know the invoice number, and you all make it impossible to return something.

I've already contacted the Attorney General. I need my invoice number so I can return this.

Customer service was good. However, my issue has not been resolved to receive my $130 dress. The wrong thing got delivered and I need it as soon as possible.

Try on 1 dress and kept. Happy with that dress. DO NOT process or send duplicate dress.

There was very complicated to contact directly to jjhouse then I saw pissedconsumer came up while Im searching, I thought that site I can call because there is the numbers but I was wrong. Jjhouse emailed me, they solve the problem really fast.

Still want to order from jjhouse in the future. They have nice style.
