I'm devastated because I really needed that dress before the 1st of September. And it also says that it has been delivered a long time ago, but I didn't receive anything.

Problems with getting info for returning a dress for a different color
- - No response on the dress I bought; color off; want zipper not corset; return request last week; no login for return; color to Dark Royal Blue.
