I'm devastated because I really needed that dress before the 1st of September. And it also says that it has been delivered a long time ago, but I didn't receive anything.

Im contacting you regarding a dress I ordered on August 27\. The dress was delivered and I tried it on when it arrived, but unfortunately I did not notice the damage at that time\.
I recently received the necklace, shoes, and handbag I purchased to coordinate with the dress\.
When I tried the dress on again today, I noticed that the seam under the right armpit is coming apart\.
The dress fits perfectly, so I would really like to exchange it for the same dress if possible, or return it for a replacement/appropriate resolution\.
My daughter is getting married on December 12, so Im hoping we can resolve this as soon as possible and make sure I have the dress in time for the wedding\.
