Don't get custom. Jj house will use your custom measurements perfectly then instead of hem the dress on the bottom they will just alter the sleeves so you bust line is near your armpits. Then refuse to offer a full refunds as it was quoted "custom." Even though the seamstress is lazy and now you have an unwearable dress.

I ordered try-ons as well as a jacket, sent them back and did not get reimbursed for the jacket. I didn't know the try-ons would not be reimbursed.

I am so frustrated! No one to talk to via phone. They want to send a $75 coupon. Really?

I want my money back! I asked for a manager or supervisor with no response. No phone number. Just email.

How can you run a business like this?

When will I get the mother of the brides dress? If I could have the date, when will I get it cause my daughters wedding is coming up soon so I will need to get it and if I could just have the date so Ill have my dress before my daughters wedding.

Order delay, placed on 9/23 and tracking it show it has been going from Kansas to Atlanta then to New York while I am in Augusta close by Atlanta and now no update on tracking it

Got two try on dresses, trying to send one back, but the UPS store won't accept my return. The barcode said it has already been returned at a different location.

By having good customer service when there is an issue with their system as far as returning items. When they give you a QR code that the UPS store wont honor because they say it has been used at a different location.

Which in fact wasnt! I received my two try on dresses and decided I only wanted to keep one.

Try to return the one but the QR code said it was used. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal.

Tried to contact them about an exchange, and there was no way to even send an email, find a phone number, no way to talk to anybody.

Nothing has happened. I have not received a response.
