- - Sleeves were altered instead of the hem, moving the bust near the armpits.
- - Refund was refused as 'custom' and the dress is unwearable.
Don't get custom. Jj house will use your custom measurements perfectly then instead of hem the dress on the bottom they will just alter the sleeves so you bust line is near your armpits. Then refuse to offer a full refunds as it was quoted "custom." Even though the seamstress is lazy and now you have an unwearable dress.

- - Customer asks for the mother of the bride dress delivery date before the September wedding and cannot reach by phone due to an incorrect number.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. Trying to find out when my dress was gonna be shipped to my place and I finally got it.
It’s all good and it was a beautiful dress. Just to be patient.
When will I get the mother of the brides dress? If I could have the date, when will I get it cause my daughters wedding is coming up soon so I will need to get it and if I could just have the date so Ill have my dress before my daughters wedding.
