I am 5'7 and 150 pounds. The size 8 fit perfectly.
However, even the first time I tried it on the zipper wouldn't go up more than halfway. When I tried it on the week before to see how it looked with a cardigan, same issue. The day of my sister's wedding (yesterday) I bent down to put on my shoes and the whole zipper split open. With another sister and my husband trying desperately to unzip it before missing the wedding without success.
I was forced to change dresses and wear something else. This ruined the look my sister was going for with her wedding party and was a total waste of money. Even when I want even in the dress the zipper was a lost cause. Not sure how this made it past your QC.
The response I got? "I have checked your order, and it has past our 7-day-limit return policy. For more information, you may visit http://www.jjshouse.com/about/help.php?page_id=84. So as for your return request, I am sorry but I am unable to offer more help.
Also, the return item should be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and unsoiled, with the tag still attached and intact if it has one when delivered). We suggest you fix the dress and keep it for future use." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! WHO ORDERS A FORMAL GOWN WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS TO SPARE??????? I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO WEAR IT!!
NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO REPAIR A DRESS I WON'T EVER WEAR AGAIN?!? RIDICULOUS. I will not be ordering from JJ'S HOUSE again.
Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere. #jjshouse #wasteofmoney #unhappycustomer #qc #returnpolicy
