Received item that was not what was advertised. Tried to return it.
They acted like they could not speak English (fake). Did not follow their own exchange policy. When I filed dispute, they ALL of a sudden CAN speak ENGLISH!!!!!!!!! and they send in a document made up by attorneys to state their side of the story.
Since their return policy only allows returns during the first 7 days of receiving the garment and the dispute was in process. I will get nothing bu a dress I can't use and they have all their money, while they laugh all the way to the bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU RECEIVE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT DEALING WITH A U.S.
COMPANY! THEY ARE OUT OF HONG KONG AND HAVE TERRIBLE RETURN POLICIES THAT ONLY BENEFIT THEM!
See photo of supposed short sleeve dress where the "sleeve" is not sewed on and you "set" it on your shoulder and it falls down. Not what was pictured when I ordered it.
