I ordered a veil for my wedding next year on June 18, checked my credit card yesterday and realized my information was stolen and someone was using my credit card!!
The company denied it and asked for proof... The veil was the only recent purchase on my credit card and they got rid of the transactions because it was fradulent.
After arguing with "Emma" for an hour They now refuse to even care because i don't have pictures of the charges placed on my card... Why would i document it?
My credit card company protects me from Fraud. They said "We care about our company if you cannot prove there was fradulent charges we don't really care"
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $30.
