I ordered two dresses for a wedding. I ordered two cuz I was worried about the fit.
I ordered my size. When they arrived I tried them on immediately. Despite ordering my size, the top on both dresses was too big. I had no time to have either of the dresses taken in.
I contacted JJ’s, first they gave me the runaround on returning them for a refund. I pushed the issue and they sent me an email authorizing the return, and refund after inspection of the unworn items. I paid more money to have them shipped back to JJ’s. Yesterday, THEY REFUSED THE SHIPMENT!
So now these useless and honestly cheaply made dresses are being sent back to me. I’m now out $256 for these terrible dresses and $20 more for shipping! Horrible service. Not a great product.
