The sizing is way off; small ...and they aren't kidding ...

no returns, even on standard sized orders. The return request response amounted to , we'll give you a 10% of price to have the sizing fixed ... Much too great an error to be fixed with a size adjustment. This business is in China and it should stay there ...

it's obviously a rip off, a good old fashioned scam. my response to them: Your response to our request for a return of a drastically mis-sized standard size 6 gown was essentially NO! And you ask if we understand. NO, we do not understand ...

As you are a foreign company (Chinese) I guess we can't expect the kind of Customer Service we have come to expect from US businesses. Undoubtedly you have a great deal to learn about return policies. Also I note the extreme displeasure with you business acumen and conduct on the "Reviews" on you site. Lesson learned.

I should have read them before hand. I'm sure you couldn't care less, but you have lost a potentially very repeat customer.

You are an unconscionably disreputable company!If this shows up in the Reviews, I hope no one else is *** enough to do business with you!
