This summer, I order my Mother of Groom dress and paid the extra for made-to-order. I carefully gave all the measurement and some additional tips.

The full-length A line dress I received was 4-inches too long. JJ house, as you know, has a very customer-unfriendly return policy even in mistake like this. But how can a dress that is "custom-made" cannot even meet up to the expected length of dress? Honestly, their materials and tailor are acceptable, and their dresses are well-made, but they should not advertise made to order as an option to mislead customer and charge extra dollars.

End up I have to pay $75 for altering. They were willing to pay a discount of $40.-
