My dress was for my daughter's wedding.She passed away. There was no way to contactjjshouse, and finally through email they would not take the dress.
I will never deal with them again nor will I have anything kind to say about them. I would like to know how such a company can exist. The dress I ordered was awful. The fact that my daughter was killed did not even concern them Where is the sympathy and understanding .
I believe now this is an Asian company because you cannot connect to a live person to speak. This type of business should not be allowed to do business in the USA
