I have paid for my order and have confirmed with my bank that money was taken out £450 and JJS House send me an email asking me to complete my order that they were not able to take money out.

By having good customer service when there is an issue with their system as far as returning items. When they give you a QR code that the UPS store wont honor because they say it has been used at a different location.

Which in fact wasnt! I received my two try on dresses and decided I only wanted to keep one.

Try to return the one but the QR code said it was used. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal.
