Buy online in u dont care about your Money. If u are sure to keep ur items and dont need to get a refund. I tried to refund and it seemed like there was an server error but why is there only an server error trying to get a refund because if I had put in an order I knew they it would have went through.

So my sister is getting married in a couple weeks so i sent jjs an email and someone got back to me and asked what dresses i was interested in ordering .they told me to give them the i.d number's for all 3 dresses i wanted to get and said they would get right back to me and never did! Horrible customer service, so glad i didnt get dresses threw this company! They suck!

Cancellation of order

I have tried for multiple hours to contact someone to help me. All I get is a referral to another company who want money - for one company they wanted $55 the fraud department of my bank even contacted me I do not have a order number as this purchase was put on my daughters charge However I understand that you can pull my order up by using my email jms5850@***.net I understand the order has not been shipped !!! I am contacting my attorney general and the BBB if I dont have success within 48 hours it would not suprtise me if you hurried and shipped my order I expect this order to be cancelled and a refund on the charge used another example you can not send this message because you can not get a correct email address

There has been no effort from this company To refund my item returned July 27. The company has verification proof that it was received at their dock on that date by a receiver named Lee. No refund almost a year later

This is without a doubt the worst customer service Ive ever experienced from my company. No way to speak to a live agent. My item was returned due to poor quality and even had verification of them receiving my item. Still no refund. Not much luck from the credit card company which I used to purchase the item either. They keep wanting me to provide them more information while going through dispute. Its been close to a year now and no refund. And no way to speak again to someone live to handle a refund which I am entitled to and long overdue.

There is no one that will help resolve an issue of an order not being delivered. Then when I finally try to chat online with an agent to ask, they want to charge my credit card to connect me.

I ordered a dress about 4 weeks ago and paid for expeditors shipping. The site gave an estimated delivery and the dress did not arrive when expected. When I try to go in a speak to someone to try to track the dress, there is no one who xan help.

I purchased a standard size dress online which said it could be returned hassle free, however when shipped there was no receipt and when I tried to start a return online it says my account doesnt exist! The dress looks like a potato sack on me with no drape or ruching like the picture online. There is no way to contact customer service since its in china will never order from her again! Beware its a sham!
