Order delay, placed on 9/23 and tracking it show it has been going from Kansas to Atlanta then to New York while I am in Augusta close by Atlanta and now no update on tracking it

I ordered the item 2 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. I'm seriously not happy with the company; it's a sham. They take your money and provide no product.

Could not reach anyone live
Missing 2 of 4 dresses. Possibly another 2 in transit.
The wedding is in 2 weeks. The number for the company is disconnected. I am really hoping to get my money back. I am totally up a creek for my wedding, though.
I still haven't received my mother of the bride and groom dresses. I am hoping they arrive or I'm really in trouble.

Don’t buy a dress in different sizes and try to return one of them. UPS will not except the return labels that JJ house sends you.
Got two try on dresses, trying to send one back, but the UPS store won't accept my return. The barcode said it has already been returned at a different location.

By having good customer service when there is an issue with their system as far as returning items. When they give you a QR code that the UPS store wont honor because they say it has been used at a different location.
Which in fact wasnt! I received my two try on dresses and decided I only wanted to keep one.
Try to return the one but the QR code said it was used. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal.

My order was incomplete I order a two pieces mother of the bride dress and didnt get the jacket how can I get the jacket for my dress
It says they are great customer service, however, when you try to get in contact with them, they constantly reroute so you can’t even send an email
Tried to contact them about an exchange, and there was no way to even send an email, find a phone number, no way to talk to anybody.

The dresses *are* good quality and I commend them for that BUT their costumer service is actual garbage. I purchased a try before you buy dress for $10 (that's the fee that you pay if you don't keep the dress in which case you pay the full price).
I wanted to return the dress because it did not fit me (which I expected because I have very broad shoulders and ribcage) and there was a return label with instructions which I followed (this was the day after I received the dress). LOW AND BEHOLD a week later (AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD) the dress arrived BACK AT MY HOUSE. Same box, same label, same everything. Upon further inspection, the label was addressed to MY HOUSE as the return address.
They provided no real address to return to despite them saying the label would have the package automatically shipped to them. Per their policy, if you do not return the dress within 7 days of its delivery, you will be charged the full price of the dress plus delivery fees. I was charged $200. I submitted a "ticket" to their "customer service line" (which was a bot) and got a response three days later (11 total business days after I received the dress and therefore, outside the return window).
The "customer service agent" told me that I needed to follow the instructions on the return button function in the app. I did not have access to this button because for some reason it disappears after you confirm the delivery. I told them this. They told me I then needed to refer to the "Happy Return Label Sticker" that I didn't receive.
Again, I told them this. They said that I needed to call them and speak to an agent on the phone and that it would be resolved but that they could not refund me the $200 which is CRAZY. I called and no one answered.
Now I'm out $200 and have no dress. I hate them.

Really Bad Service
Really bad website. Charge three times instead of one.
Took forever my order.
Never again. I would not recommend it to no one.

You do deserve a refund. I would rethink buying online if sizing is an issue.
