JJsHouse - CANCEL ORDER HAS NEVER BEEN THIS FRUSTRATING!!
I love JJHouse but this will be the worst thing ever in the history of cancel orders. I ordered this dress yesterday and sent a message to them asking that i needed it by August 2nd and that they should please cancel my order and refund me if that date can't be met.
Lo and behold, they replied that the date can't be met and for me to choose from two option- to get 10% coupon on next purchase or 5% refund on dress value!!! For a dress that has not yet been made nor shipped!! This is thievery!! Who does that?
Why then do you have a cancel your order button? Please, this is me being nice and patient and asking for a FULL REFUND because I will go beyond writing a review. You do not want me launching a full fletch law suit against you with all the complaints i find online. So please cancel my order and refund me fully.
I understand if dress had already shipped but it has not and that is why i wrote to you right after the order!!
It is simple, CANCEL MY ORDER AND GIVE ME A FULL REFUND! Thank you!

Hi! Would it be okay for me to aks if you got your full refund?
Because I also did cancelled my order from them within 24 hours and Iโm afraid I wonโt received a full refund. I also paid quite a lot of money for the gown so it will be a total lost if I donโt get a full refund.
