First I went by their size chart and even called them on the phone to make sure the sizing was correct. When I received my package everything was 3 sizes too small. They are out of China (that says it all) everything is smaller than normal. But the biggest thing is the size chart is wrong. So they tell me I have to pay shipping back and they charged me 46.00 to ship it back and 38.00 to ship it to me. Which means it cost me $84.00 because they have a messed up size chart and they will not make it right. My order was 190.00 they refunded 144.00.

Wedding dress never arrived

ordered a wedding dress and paid over 2000 HK$ 4/10/19 after acceptance notification of order and tracking no cannot contact either company and had no further return emails or phone calls after trying to contact them as our wedding has been postponed until march next year we are still hoping this matter can be resolved but very pissed about unreliability and so far loss of money

If you want to waste your money and be stressed out order there stuff I had the worst experience with JJ House. They say the dresses are customized so it takes longer.

So dont bother with Express shipping you will not get your item any faster it's a scam.

When u receive the dress and it doesn't fit they give u a hard time returning it because they claim it's a custom dress. Please dont be fooled with their pretty pictures and low prices because what u see on the web site is not what you will get.

i messaged them about a return,, they never responded. finally i returned it to the return address on the package.

i notified them about that. then they immediately messaged me with a different address to return the dress. i had already told them i had returned the dress. the dress was too little and had three blood stains that i assumed the person who sewed the beads on pricked their finger.

they asked for pictures. i sent them. they kept telling me they had not recieved the dress. i filed a claim with my credit card.

jj's sent my credit card a picture of a different dress and said there were no blood stains on it. finally, i did get a charge back to my credit card.

a lot of trouble! they are liars and cheats, next time i will go to dillard's!

no. I want to return a defective item. I received. your return policy says that energy packed of a damaged item will return fully fully refunded and returned however I have written numerous messages emails over and over and over again and no one wants to pay for the item to be returned because it is defective that is unfair practices I've looked at your return policy but all I get is I have to pay for the return all they do is send me a platform to RMA number but they do not send me a. shipping Farm in someone help me please. below is pictures of the Hat has received it had different a no packaging images squeezed into a small box this is horrible situation and no one to help me resolve it but they always want me to pay for shipping for you and me reply would be appreciated thank you.

Terrible customer service

The dress I received doesn't fit right and the zipper is very sticky. The quality of the dress isn't as good as the pictures showed. I have never ordered a dress online before so I made sure I could return it. I received it on August 20th and I contacted them on August 27th to request to return it. They stated to me that I was past the 7 days refund time which obviously was not true. They offered me a 10% refund. I sent them another email and they then offered me 20% refund saying again it was past the 7 days! It clearly was not. This company is very dishonest and misleading on their website! They will not refund your money. Now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and doesn't look good.

I ordered a dress that looked good in the picture. I wear a size 6 99% of the time.The one percent is when an item is extremely well made & of high quality & then I wear a 4. I was pretty sure this would not be the case so I ordered a 6. Couldn't even get the zipper up. Crap quality. I took the dress right off, not removing any tags and packaged it exactly the way it was & sent it right back. I followed the return policy to the letter. I only got a portion of the purchase price refunded. When I asked the reason for this, I got no reply. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again!
