Customer service return program is inaccessible. There is no link on website. And when you send a message to Customer Service it doesn't work. Pissed customer. You bet. Add comment

I did not expect a demand from DHL for £27.00 before they would deliver my order. I did not ask for express delivery either. DO NOT go by the size chart they offer. If you need to return your item they only give you back 15% of your order and if you try to ship it it cost over $300 to send to China. This company will wrip you off!!!! My mom helped me order my brides maid dresses and my maid of honor dress for my wedding from JJ's House. Upon delivery, UPS tried to charge her over $60 in duty fees, which JJ's House did not disclose. The glasses were all smashed, short delivered quantities, cannot contact them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Nothing was packed properly and the toast glasses I ordered were all smashed, the heart tags thrown loose in the box, the dove tubes were short delivered, and they state 6-10 days took 3 weeks only to be disapointed. I ordered a dress from the website. It was so terrible that I did not even try it on and immediately donated it. I paid $150 for the dress. The item/fabric in the picture is not what you get.
